Emin Minaret is an Islamic tower with novel and unique shape,which was built in 1778 A.D. of Qing dynasty(1644-1911A.D.).It is the largest ancient tower existing in Xinjiang. The minaret is relative with the Uygur leader of Turpan at that time, whose name was Emin. In 1985 it was listed as the national key cultural relic site.

The old city of Kashgar is the only labyrinthine urban blocks in China with Islamic culture as its characteristics. In the history it was the largest distribution center of agricultural and animal husbandry products, as well as an important commercial port town on the ancient Silk Road ,the hinge of communication between the East and the West, and an important meeting point of economy, culture and civilization between the East and the West.Now it is a national 5A tourist attraction.

The id kah mosque is not only the largest mosque in xinjiang but also one of the largest mosques in China. It is an ancient Islamic complex with rich ethnic style and religious significant. The mosque has certain influence at home and abroad in religious circles. On June 25, 2001, Id Kah Mosque,as an ancient building in Ming dynasty, was approved to be included in the fifth batch of national key cultural heritage protection units by the State Council.

Apak Hoja tomb is a typical Islamic ancient building complex ,and it is also the Muslim holy mausoleum, which covers an area of around 20,000 square meter. It is a key cultural relics protection unit of the xinjiang Uygur autonomous region.
