Yellow River Stone Forest National Geological Park is located in Longwan village in Jingtai country of Baiyin city in Gansu province. It was formed by the rising of the Earth crust. It covers an area of 50 square km, which was rated as 4A scenic area. The stone forest came into being 4 million years ago.As a result of crustal movement, weathering, rain erosion and other geological processes, a variety of shapes of stone forest landform wonders were created.

This scenic spot is a special place combined with picturesque scenery and mysterious Buddhism,which makes you feel in a pure land far from daily life. The first grotto was carved in the 4th century AD. On June 22, 2014 the Binglingsi grottos were successfully put into the world heritage list by UNESCO.

Zhangye Danxia landform is an amazing place for people who like traveling and photographing. It is national AAAA tourist attraction. In 2011 it was rated as one of ’10 amazing geographical wonders of the world’ by national geographical magazine of U. S. In 2015 it was selected by many well-known websites as one of 25 dreaming travel destinations all over the world .

Mati Temple scenic area is located in Sunan Yugur Autonomous County, 65 kilometers in the south of Zhangye City. It is a tourist area integrating the art of Buddhism grottoes ,natural scenery of Qilian Mountain and the customs of Yugur nationality customs.Ma means horse in Chinese, and Ti means horse hoof. Mati Temple is named after the markof legendary horse hoof was left on a brick in the cave. Folklore says thathorse hoof mark was left from the heavenly horse while it rest here.

Binggou danxia landform is famous for its grand ,precipitous ,magical sceneries ,and is reputated as "the first wonder in the world". It has been rated as one of the "7 most beautiful danxia landforms in China" and one of the "10 most amazing geographical wonders in the world" by China geographic magazine and the national geographic magazine of the United States.

The giant Buddha temple covers an area of about 23,000 square meters, sitting in the east and facing to the west. Until now the existing building in the temple are mainly the giant Buddha temple ,sutra pavilion, clay pagoda,which are all on the axis of the temple.It is an important scenic spot and historic site on the silk road and a landmark building of the famous historical and cultural Zhangye city as well .In 1996, it was listed as one of national key cultural relics protection units in the fourth batch.
